Proxy Authentication Window Does Not Appear

If the proxy authentication window no longer appears after installing IWSVA, check the following:

    1. From the main IWSVA menu, click Administration > IWSVA Configuration > User Identification | User Identification.

    2. The setting User/group name authentication must be selected.

    1. Confirm that the LDAP information entered for each field is correct.

    2. Click Test LDAP Connection to see if it returns a success message.

    3. If mutiple LDAP servers are enabled, click Test LDAP Connection of all these servers to see if they return a success message.
