Use this page to manage your diagnostic report files.
Click Start Diagnostic.
You should not modify any settings while the diagnostic tool is generating results.
After the report is complete, you can review successes, risky areas, and failures indicated by colored icons to the right of your results as well as on a printout that appears in Notepad.
Select the diagnostic report file or files you would like to review by downloading the file to your computer. You can do this by clicking the filename, or the Ctrl key + the filename to select multiple files.
Under Step 3, click "Download to Your Computer" and browse to the directory where you'd like to store the diagnostic .TAR files.
You can also choose to delete the .TAR files by selecting them and clicking Delete.
