The Login Account Information page is where you specify the new login account user ID and associated password. The password can be a mixture of numbers, letters (upper and lower case), and special characters. The password can range from 4 to 32 characters.
The following tips can help you create an effective password:
Include both letters or special characters as well as numbers in your password
Avoid words found in any dictionary, of any language
Intentionally misspell words
Use phrases or combine words
Use both uppercase and lowercase letters
The Description field is where you can make a brief statement about the account.
If you have a team of security administrators who are responsible for different functions and who may also have help desk privileges, then assigning them access rights can be beneficial to your organization. To manage IWSVA, these users can have different logins with different privileges.
Access rights can also give you the ability to audit what is being changed in IWSVA. If you have the need to comply with certain government agency standards, then this function can be critical.
